Why an orangutan?


This gorgeous photo really captures what “Feel-Good Yoga” is all about. Finding joy in movement, and increasing awareness of the whole landscape of sensation in your body in any given moment. In other words, coming home to your body, and enjoying being in it. Incidentally, the hairy chap (or chap-ess?) is also demonstrating a yoga pose sometimes called "happy monkey" - give it a try!
